Guzer Trials frame

(16/05/01)

Senior trials rider and street genious James Hawkins from Bristol has just shown us a picture of his new custom built Guyzer Trials frame which has been handcrafted for him by a friend. The frame is 100% customised for James's liking and is just 8.75" from the BB shell to the top of the seat tube, it also features a trick paint job and sweet graphics. The geometry is looselybased around the Specialized M2 frame which he says is the best geometry he has ever ridden, However unlike the M2 the Guyzer trials frame has trials specific geometry. It's good to be different and James will now definetly stand out from the crowd. The frame is a one off but James says that if anyone is willing to pay the £400- £500 price tag their is a good chance that he could sort something out. TrialsKings go Elite

(21/05/01)

{Adam Burns}

Trials King Adam Burns has told us that he is eyeing up a move into the Elite category for the upcoming Nationals, which are rumoured to commence August to September time. The step up will mean compeating against world class riders such as Akrigg, Hawyes and Tongue on a regular basis, to which he admits would be difficult, but he wants the challenge. Fellow trialskings Danny Holroyd, Steven Howes and Chris Swallow could well go Elite this season as well, and we'd like to wish good luck to all the Trialskings for the 01 season.
