EndoMomentarily having just the front wheel on the ground with the back wheel in the air using the front Brake, easy as pie Step 1: Roll along on the flat to start with at jogging speed unless your daring! as soon as you are happy pull BOTH of your brakes on and push your weight slightly forward but not to far. As soon as your back wheel starts to rise up you shift your weight towards the back. The more effort you put into this the higher the endo will be and if you are doing a larger endo shift your weight right back almost on to the rear tyre if your frame is small enough. Keep the Endo straight by keeping your weight in the middle of the bike. Step 2: When gravity takes it's place and you start to come back to earth you simply pull yourself back so that you are over the seat again (if you stretched out to rear tyre) and make sure BOTH brakes are locked firmly so you land without a sound. If you try it with just the front brake on then you will land with a thud and could damage your rear wheel. One footed/ No footed Endo's Once you are confident enough you can add style to the endo by taking a few limbs of the bike here and there! It is up to you what you do but you can do all sorts for eg. 1.No footed 2.One footed 3.One handers 4. One handers no footers and the list goes on. Your imagination and dare is the limit. To do a No footed Endo roll along at jogging pace as with a standard endo but once you are going up at about the middle of the rise you keep your arse firmly on the seat (unlike Standard Endo) and stretch your legs out as far as possible. When you start coming down unstretch and find the pedals quick. It is not as hard as it may look. Endo Bullet Points:
